This week I’m sharing my favorite recipes with you, taken from all over the blogosphere, in cute printables. These aren’t just good-looking menu items, but recipes that I cook on the regular and just love. Without further ado, today we’re looking at some of my favorite Mexican or otherwise Latin dishes. I know vegetarians say stuff like this all the time, but I’m not kidding when I say you won’t miss the meat on this black bean sweet potato chili. I have cooked this for athletes and foodies alike and the crowd is always surprised when they realize it’s meatless. This dish is so hearty and wonderfully nutritious.
This tacos de barbacoa dish is one of my favorite recipes of all time. ALL TIME. It is that good. It’s work, but it is worth every minute.
These ranch chicken tacos are one of the highest yielding, low-effort meals of all time. It doesn’t have that standard crockpot taste by any means and it is so stinkin easy. This is such a staple in my house. I usually add sliced bell peppers to the pot to get some greens, but serving with lettuce and feta would be divine too.
And who could end a collection of Latin-inspired dishes without a solid avocado recipe. This ice cream is creamy and mild and all things good.
Come back tomorrow for my collection of Italian-inspired recipes!
